Last week week I was informed of the huge quantity of fossilized beasties
embedded in the local rock at Penzance harbour.I spent many hours this morning twatting open pieces of slate on the beach looking for 'dinosaurs'.I found one!Sort of.
After cleaving open a particulary fine specimen of sedimentary shenanigans,I found a Dinosaur tooth! It is about three inches long and is sharp enough to winkle out a blackhead.I spent this afternoon chipping off any excess residue, and then applied a few coats of varnish to give the prehistoric incisor the full Jurassic splendour it surely deserved.
This evening I took it to a shop called 'Natural Wonder',which specializes in the buying and selling of such ethereal remnants.Turned out to be fossilized squid sh*t.
