Can someone find me some English laws that are still in place today, so that i can tell my father off for everything illegal he does. If you wanna know why im doing this, its because he is telling me not to download stuff from Kazaa because he says its illegal, and i want to get him really anoyed so that he dosent bother me any more.

a pregnant woman can legally relieve herself anywhere she wants. But most importantly, she can, upon request pee in a Policeman's helmet.

It is also totally legal to urinate upon the rear inside wheel of any vehicle.

It is illegal to celebrate Christmas, it must be treated solely as a religious festival.

Any question a policeman asks you, you may apparently ask it back. So it is possible to answer "What is your name?" with "No, what's your name?"

It is illegal not to carry a spare bail of hay in the boot of a carrage on public roads.

monkey brain, you have that wrong.

its some town, you have to travel with a bail of hay in the back of your car if you own livestock.

technically, downloading stuff on kazaa isnt strictly speaking illegal.
you may dowload anything you wish if you already own the original, and are keeping the spare as a backup (such as an mp3).
you may download ANYTHING LEGAL so long as it isnt copyrighted (that excludes illegal things such as child porn, dog figthing etc)
you CAN download certain things for evaluation purposes only, such as ROM's of games you may choose to buy - these carry certain time limits dependant on the nature of the download.

there are more things like these, but im bored

RE: bales of high - by law all black cabs (hackney carriages) must carry a bale of hay and a sack of oats at all times.

Chester

You can only shoot a Welsh person with a bow and arrow inside the city walls and after midnight.

Hereford

You can shoot a Welsh person all day, but only on Sunday, with a Longbow, in the Cathedral Close

York

Upon sight of a Scotsman, it is still legal to shoot him with a bow and arrow, except on Sundays.

All English Men over 14 are meant to carry out 2 hours (or so) of longbow practice a week supervised by the local clergy.

I'm fairly certain that's the other way around and it would seem more logical if it was.
Also I think most of these 'laws' are urban myths, and even if they're not, if they ever got taken to court the laws would be overturned immediately.

Generally they're laws which are still in place but which now seem outdated in modern society. Although technically still law, as sidla says they would be laughed out of court in most cases. Obviously any sane judge would let anyone off for shooting a welshman....
