Ditto. Goooo' Mornin'.
As previously said - I love the show but hate the general music of today and I'm 21. I generally don't listen to R1 at all apart from in the mornings. I find the other shows boring and scripted.
See this is the problem I have with commercial radio nowadays. Back in 1997 when Capital FM had Chris Tarrant, Pat Sharp (later replaced by Steve Penk), Martin Collins, David "Kid" Jensen, Neil "Dr" Fox, Paul Phear, Neil Long, Margareta Taylor & of course Chris Moyles, you had a nice mix of DJ's with different personalities & a mixture of different tunes (Neil Long in particular used to play a great mixture of music on Sunday evenings).
Sadly now Commercial Radio is so full of bland DJ's that I just find it unlistenable, especially now they have all bought each other out & now have the same DJ covering huge parts of the country.
Chris is one of the rarities of the "old school" radio DJ's (by that I mean one who plays great music, has great banter & entertains) and logn may he continue, otherwise I think Radio may end up very bland indeed.
