Not sure if this is the right place but listening back to the old Moyles shows, there's several names that were quite common at the time of transmission (1999-2001) but seem to have since disappeared from Radio 1.

I'm not talking about the DJ's of course but the Producers & Newsreaders that appeared on Moyles' show in the Afternoons, so, I'm not sure if anyone can help but what ever became of:

Producer Richard
Producer "Mad" Mick Meadows (special fill in, had a * accent)
Newsbeat newsreader Caroline Atkinson (or is it Carolyn?)
Newsbeat newsreader Claire Kavaner (sp) (Loved her voice)
Newsbeat newsreader Lindley Gooden (sp)

Just curious as they seem to feature quite a few times on Moyles' shows but seem to have "dissapeared" & was just wondering where they are now?

Claire Kavaner is on IRN now. I heard her the other day and it took a moment to work out where I'd heard her before.

You know what I forgot I posted this thread as no one had replied to it but I also heard her, the lady at work who drops me off 3/4 of the way home from work had Asian radio station Kismet Radio on, the news was on & low a behold I heard that lovely familiar voice which was confirmed by her signing off "Claire Kavaner, London" so she is still around in Radio , shame it's not Radio 1
