ok. We are 3 days in to the new schedule. And so far we have heard dev's, fern's and greg's new shows.
Has anyone got thoughts on the new shows. Positive or negative. And any thoughts on the new jo and edith's new shows.
My thoughts.
Dev.
I prefered greg's sillyness and jk and joel's style on early breakfast.
Fern.
Basically jo's show with fern. It feels like jo will be back next week doing her show.
I have never thought fern is made for the adult audience. She's more kiddy. Not suited to the time slot.
Greg.
Not heard anything on the show as i've been on nights and missed the shows.

Looking forward too the weekend.
Edith.
I think that edith will have a better show than her 1 - 4 show. Should be intresting.
Jo.
This will be intresting. I think she'll bring her old show too weekends. (obvious) but i also think she'll bring some elements of her old in new music we trust show in. And give jo more scope too introduce some new bands.

Conclusions.
Weekdays have become weaker and weekends have become very strong. The weekday weaker schedule can have a knock on effect for
Chris, greg and scott with respect to ratings with the poor shows in my view of dev and fern.
Jo and edith i feel will add too the schedule at weekends and will flurish.

On a note of fern's show. With her having god knows how many weeks off for tv and other things. Who is best placed too cover for her. Sara cox is confirmed for november when fern is off. But when sara goes on maternity leave. Who's best too cover.

Porn Fags and cider.

Not Porn fags, as in, you know, gay porn, put Porn and cigarettes, and cider.

I am doing quite well though seriously, I am pretty self sufficient in fruit, veg, Pork & Chicken, eggs, preserves, Dock leaves and nettles.

I am also getting a fair bit of cider and wine brewing also, but it takes ages and tastes like shit, so you need to buy lemonade to "calm it" down a tad.

I am really into making fruit and herb jellies at the moment, the Raspberry Jelly I have been doing is really good, and beats shop bought jam, and is a complete dodle to make. The kids even like it! ( on the home made pancakes from the chickens we have for breakfast, whilst listening to Moyles, and having a good family chuckle together, as we hitch up our britches and head out to feed the fowl)

No really, we get up the kids argue over where they are sitting, won't get dressed, clean their teeth, turn off their lights, pull their curtains, remember homework has to be in today, and they haven't done it, spill stuff over their school uniform, get dressed and only put on one sock, trousers on back to front, nagging Mummy that she wants her hair dried, and it must not in any way flick up at the back...........
