The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Ive just realised Chappers and Dave havent been on Radio One together for ages. This time last year they were on every weekend and earlier this year they did lots of shows but havent been on since July. Also the page they used to have on the RAdio one website has been taken down.I wonder if we'll ever hear them again. They used to be really funny together.Maybe Chappers is too busy doing his sports stuff nowadays.I suspect he'll leave Radio One altogether soon.

From what I understand, Chappers & Dave were only ever a "fill in" pairing, Sara Cox was filling in for Jo Whiley when she was off on Maternity leave, however when she returned Sara displaced Chappers & Dave. I believe they have filled in a couple of times when Sara has been absent but of recent the show hasn't been "needed" (for want of a better word).

Sara is now pregnant again so I imagine that Chappers & Dave will be called forward once more, if or when needed. That is, of course if they're not busy with other projects.

But its Fearne Cotton who is sitting in for Coxy a week on sunday.Mind you Dave is going on holiday for a week

Look at the main part of that page, on both of the ones you said. It says they have left Radio 1.
Yes, I know neither Chappers or Dave have left Radio 1, which is why their page won't say the same thing.
My first point was you clearly said the page had gone, which it hasn't.

Although what Johnny said about them being a fill in pairing. I thought that too, and on their radio 1 page where everyone else has a set time, there isn't one. e.g Dick and Doms says Sun 10.00 - 13.00 etc.

That's what I was just thinking! She obviously hasn't found out what's causing it yet.

Obviously. That is the only possible explanation for a young woman having three children.

I never understand why anyone would have more than one.

Well, that's a lie, I can't understand why anyone would have more than one of each! Three's just mental.

Money issues aside, I don't think it really matters how many you have. Just about every comination of genders/age differences/number of kids will be the cause of psychological issues that a child will encounter and then be affected by for rest of his/her life. :D

I'm biased as I don't understand why anyone would want any, but in this case it just seems like she's knocking 'em out in quick succession. Or is that my imagination?

Well, it all depends whether you are into sprints or hurdles I guess. Sprinters will have them quickly, one after the other - hurdlers tend to space them out a bit more! As for me, well, I think I count as a hurdler/steeplechaser. Baby Yudster's siblings were 12 and 15 when he was born.....

Yeah, I was seven when our kid was born, and I will admit I sometimes wished I had a sibling closer in age to me when I was younger. It makes no difference now tho. My mum's brothers are like 15/16yrs older than her too.

Baby Y will basically grow up as an only child I suppose, but he really loves his "Igbo" ("big-bro") and "Looloo". No more for me, although I will happily admit I would if we had anywhere to keep it.

Its a personal choice, personally, after two, two years apart, I am looking forward to having Mrs Boboff more to myself as we get older. Having said that, baby Nephew is just lovely, and I will spoil him rotten, the 3 or 4 times a year I see him!

My friend used to call me "Don" when I was younger as she couldn't pronounce John. In return instead of calling her Michelle I called her Bib-bell, which then caught on with her younger brother & my mate so for years we called her Bib-bell if she ever got wound up :D

Fortunately (for her) we stopped calling her that several years before that ad came out :)

I went to school with someone who had trouble with pronouncing his 'l's. His best friend was William (or 'Wiyyam') and he prounced 'telling' as 'tewwing'.

Baby Yudster used to try to call Layabout Yudster "Big-Bro", but he couldn't pronounce it and to this day he still calls him "Igbo".
