Actually, I think it's better not to be hearing the same Phonics song every time a show does this.

But I do love that the old stuff is getting a decent look-in at long last (I always wanted to tear my hair out every time I heard 'Have a Nice Day'), even if it is for unfortunate reasons. Zane played 'A Thousand Trees' last night, which for me was perfect.

It's good to see that the (somewhat predictable, but welcome) "Get the Stereophonics to Number 1" Facebook campaigns have latched onto 'Local Boy' though: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=128577433837467

I've never liked anything the Stereophonics have done. But it was a nice genuine tribute.
