The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

I 've edited the thread title with the cunning use of full stops to get around the censorship :)

My word, what a show. It was funny, but wasn't 'funny', if that makes sense. That 'Dickie' character was like a bizarre amalgamation of Frank Sidebottom, a Vic Reeves character and something from Mark and Lard. But with 95% of the humour stripped out.

I felt so sorry for Dom at the end of it. It was so surreal. I love the bit 15 mins in him wanting to get out of it already. I bet like Chris and Greg talked about he was in need of a pint after that one.

Has this already been discussed? I stopped my catching up on the Moyles show just now to listen to this Radio Cumbria stuff.

It was on Gregs show today in the first hour of that show. When Dom was on Radio Cumbria Greg and Chris did a listen in then afterwards Chris said something like have a wager on it that Dom will be needing a pint after that.

That's one to ten, I can't remember the rest, but it's basically farmer language :D

I think you'll find that it's against site rules to deliberately try and get round the censorship...

That show made me feel like I was ten years old and on holiday in the lakes again :)

Loads of ruddy faced overly friendly blokes used to talk like that, slightly more understandable, but still bewildering.

I've edited the show and uploaded it to the sound vault - it was, indeed, a surreal listen. The post-mortem from the Moyles show the following morning is also in the vault in 'funny bits'.
