I have to say, I personally am really enjoying the old show soundbites that Chris is playing.

Summarised: I love Rachel.

I've actually met Chris n shook his hand. This fact is still causing slight issues in my trouser dept.... :wink:

I think a lot of the best moments are difficult to get into these clips because it would be difficult to provide context, but they are still enjoyable to listen to anyway.

Yes, Rachel was fantastic. It was good having Juliette back this morning, but it'll be even better when Rachel comes back.

What the hell is wrong with Juliette's sport news voice now? She sounds like frothy bevy-era Dom. Did she always sound like that?

No. She wasn't like that before. It was a bit strange I must admit. Still loved hearing her again though.

Was good hearing some of the clips because I've heard a few of them not too long ago listening to the 2005 shows at work! The BB Aled stuff early that year was great and I hope that George Galloway & Denis Rodman one that was in a January 06 podcast makes its way on tomorrow's show! great to hear Juliette again, it's not until they mention the year of the clips that it quite hits home how quickly the time goes :/

Am I the only one who's finding it really difficult to even listen to any of the show right now? It's just so very sad and depressing, being reminded constantly of the upcoming demise.

I am recording all the shows, and will listen, I suppose. But right now, I just hate to.

I think we need somewhere to discuss these final 3 weeks. They're going to be pretty epic!

Unfortunately, I've not heard much of this week so far, probably going to have a catch up at the weekend. But what I have heard has been pretty good, apart from the 'almost time for us to go' jingles. Yes, have them, and play them, every now and then, not between each song/link.
