Hi, I seem to be having some trouble with the new sound machine.

When I start it up its fine, but when I click on one of the buttons to load a certain sound pak it says "Please Wait" and does not do anything else I even kept it going for about 20 minutes but the computer wasn't doing anything.

No, that didn't help, its still the same!! Any other ideas as to whats up??
