Alot of the bbc think he is too downmarket for them and his views are not acceptable.

This story is shocking and i knew i recognised Gordon Smart's name after writing trash about Chris a few weeks ago.

What i'm worried about is how Chris will play this. If tomorrow morning he goes on air and takes the piss out of Gordon Smart that could land him in more trouble after the Auschwitz and Will Young incidents. I'm not saying don't take the piss out of him because Smart deserves it, but a real rant will simply give Smart the incentives to continue spouting rubbish about Chris.

Takes the piss out of him? I hope he rips him to shreds. The Ripping the head off remark he made to Goodier (or someone) would be too lenient. I hope he absolutely anihilates the tosser. As for the Auschwitz remarks, don't get me started on that again. Surely at the very least he could take it up with the PCC.

I really don't understand the reaction on here. All Gordon Smart has done is taken a relatively logical punt that Moyles will be given the bullet before the end of the year. We all know that he wont stay on the breakfast show forever and in September he will be the longest serving Breakfast DJ ever so it seems a fair bet that he could go then.

He has been a source of embarrassment to the BBC recently in these ridiculously sensitive times for the corporation and they have also frequently made noises about wanting a younger feel to the station and a younger audience.

I am not for one minute saying that I want Chris to go(I will be gutted if he does) or that I even think it is likely that he will, all I'm saying is that it is hardly an outrageous suggestion on the part of The Sun. If Moyles is still there at the end of the year no-one will really mention the story, but if he does indeed leave it gives the paper the perfect "told you so" story.

The only surprise to me was that they went big on it and put it on the front page. Unless they actually are sure of their facts.
