It's not so much spelling that is of concern around here but rather the prevention of the proliferation of "text-speak type slang" which is unnecessary and an eyesore.

Typos, the odd spelling mistake and stuff are a fact of everyone's life - there are one or two people who just don't bother though. Then they make it worse by pretending to be dyslexic.
