I think it's more the content than the effort gone into it...but people's definitions vary. I love Tate Modern for example but other people just see it as crap....

However I hate that urinal on it's side piece....bloody stupid if you ask me! Oh and they have a piece that looks like an air conditioning vent and I don't get that either...and NO it's NOT really an air conditioning vent!

Apparently on one of the bridges on the A4 coming into London someone has sprayed "Goooood Mornin Laura" - Scott Mills hard at work as a guerilla style graffiti artist?

Bingo...... graffiti art that is "brilliant".

Now this banksy thing is a tricky one, it was never about the 'quality' of his artwork, more an 'irony and wit' and the 'when and where' of his pieces. Most of them are comments on modern society and whats now acceptable in everyday culture. Taking this in mind its highly approriate form them to be graffiti pieces.

I think he's great.
