I think he is still governed by the same rules and codes of conduct as he is affiliated to the BBC. I have no basis for that suposition but it seems to make sense.

As usual, Andy, you're wrong. Silly boy. He (and I believe Dave) are independent contractors. He's said before that he could come on and be anybody he wanted to. I'm almost positive of it. Whereas Aled couldn't and Rachel couldn't because they are direct BBC employees. Am I the only one that pays attention?

I think the guidelines do cover him in situations where he is representing The Chris Moyles Show or the BBC - so in truth, if he came in here, he would probably be breaking the rules if he was "hidden".
