To sum up Topher, they get 'celebrities' to stand on a platform, next to some water. A giant moveable wall comes towards them, with a certain shape cut into it. The celebs have to assume that shape to pass safely through the 'hole in the wall'. If they fail, the wall knocks em into the water.

I've never watched a full episode, only bits, but I think sometimes they make the celebs face the other way, and have to be shouted the shape of the hole by their teammates.

Oh and they have to do all this wearing skintight lycra.

How they spin this out into a whole series, I don't know.
