This is what I'm on about - a lot of you people are holding racist views.
Now the reason poor Sidla is on dodgy ground here according to Pond Life is because he has the audacity to state that racism works both ways. That is a ludicrous statement to suggest that you cannot be racist against a 'majority'.
Definition of racism:
racism
n.
1 The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
2 Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
I as a white man have been racially abused 3 times in my life, and have been discriminated against countless times more because of my race.
Again, you are looking for racism. Did the guard use any racially abusive language? did his behaviour suggest racism? how the * don't you know he isn't just a jobsworth?
So, you expect him to bend his employers rules just because the passenger happened to be Asian? that would be racist.
Plus, I have noticed offensive and derogatory comments made towards Gypsies and Irish travellers on this board, many other boards and in everyday usage - and no-one seems to complain. But that is just as bad as abuse towards Blacks or Asians. It seems the PC lot are only interested in some kinds of racism.
Plus, I think it's absolutely ludicrous that you can seriously actually be jailed now for making a racist comment. Whatever happened to free speech?
think you are on Dodgey ground there Sidla

an Indian girlfriend I had got kicked off a train once because she didn't have a ticket (rushed for the train) and the guard wouldn't take the money off of her. I don't think that would happen to a white person, would it?
