I saw it tonight. Although I find Paul Mertron a funny guy, I think he's better with the more "off-the-cuff interjections" and not so much reading from an autocue.

I totaly agree with you there,
merton is a wasted talent as a host

and what was with the glasses?

yeah the glasses looked a bit crap although ross noble might come in if hislop or merton is ever sick of it. its evident that Hislop and Merton didnt really like Deayton. I think that Johnny Vaughn wouldnt be much liked either so he would be the most foolproof choice.

Ross Noble isn't that funny most of the time, my heart sank when i realised he was on for the 2nd week running. Its the type of totally bizzare 'out there' humour that I just think has been overdone lately. It was funny to start with but just starts to get irksome as time goes on.

He wasn't too bad on the show that being said, much better than he was the week previously. Show all in all was good, should be better next week with Anne Robinson in the chair.

Rich didnt do much this time, he likes to have a battle of the minds with Paul when hes on, but he couldnt this week because paul couldnt be as spontaneus as usual.

Totally agree. Yanks don't get the irony of British humour at all, it's lost on them. I'd love to sit and watch Dog Soldiers with an American...

I would - have intercourse with Ross Noble, Adam.

DRLOZ - Because they had already placed the ad ages ago, so the papers had nothing to put in it's place therefore had to run it anyway. It also informs those who are still ringing for tickets that they CAN'T get them.

Nah, I dunno.
