I don't find either The Wanted or 1D attractive, but then I'm not their target market. Preteen girls are attracted to boys who have relatively feminised features, ie non-threatening. 1D in particular are a classic example of that, Justin Bieber is another one.

Teen/pre-teen fangirls have always been as obsessed with pop figures are they are now - but these days the means for them to express their dedication, join larger communities of fans and follow information/content provided to them are just much greater.

If I was a teenage girl, I'd probably find them attractive (as things are I'm not a teenage girl. I'm a man. A man who discovered the wheel, and built the Eiffel Tower out of metal and brawn).

Seemed to me at the handover Chris was starting to give some details on his future plans, said something about doing JCS & then taking a small break, as he was about to continue that stupid bint Cotton interrupted him & the subject was'nt spoke about again. Like everyone the worst thing is no-one has really told us whats happening next, if we knew Chris & Dave were going to return togeather in 6 months then I could live with that but its the not knowing thats the killer.

Really enjoyed this mornings show (albeit not that fussed about the wanted) My highlight was one of the packages when Dave made the cartoon noise with his pen... I remember sitting in traffic laughing my head off.
Gutted it's ending. Will be joining on the listen again!
