well a girl from mars, i usually type in a search engine lets say something stupid like keith chegwin pictures, for example. i see a picture i like, right click and copy image location, go to ur profile and click on none for personlanized picture (its before doggie btw) and click the tick on "i have my own pic". then select paste and the image location is put in there. and press finished profile et voila new avatar. hope that doesnt mix u up in any way

oh yeah and try and pick a picture thats smallish cos the avatar will horrendously long to load if its a huge picture
