I didn't hear that Toby Lerone stuff first time round but I was laughing so much this morning that people in other cars must have thought I looked like some kind of loon!

And yes, the internal phone system ones are brilliant!!

That happened to me last night - I listened to a couple of clips on the way home from work and was desperately trying not to laugh aloud whilst on the tram. I'm sure some people near me thought I was mental.

Something I've missed from CMS in recent years is Ramble. I understand it's spiritual successor was the 6.30-7 slot but I'm never up in time for that. I used to be able to do RAAAAAAAAMBLLLLLLLLLLE as long as Dave too. While driving to work.

Drive to work would usually consist of Tedious > Ramble > Lines open for CPC > 1 or 2 songs > News. Then I got to work!

All I hope now is that they bring back some of these old features and jingles from the first few years. And let 'Moyles Gold' be unconfined, a highlight everyday in place of Olympic Torch slot once that's done, they can even keep that jingle, it's cool.

Was just pondering that.

I wish they never got rid of Buzz off after listening to 2004 shows because I enjoyed that feature and think they brought it back once or twice in occasion like for a World Cup song someone sent in for Chris to play and did it for that!

Too many to list really, and no doubts there's absolutely loads that I've forgotten about.

I've just been watching some clips on Youtube, its so good that there is SO much stuff out there to listen to and watch - so many good memories.

That was something that seemed to get better and better. The times when the people reading the messages had the penny drop was hilarious. I particularly remember the sports guys, I think it was Lauro and partner who had a wonderful laugh.

So many, including; Carrie at Wimbledon, Camilla Ice, JLC singing Tom Jones, the Team in LA, McFly Day, Aled not getting jokes, especially with Jimmy Carr, Chris's birthday show at his house and at Maida Vaile, Dom's made up weather, The musical taste game, the pub quiz arguments, parodies, I could go on and on but feeling sad again. :(

Ill give this a try way before the breakfast show for the older members. Do you remember Chris would regular, maybe daily in the afternoon show (or was it Saturdays?) have a, well, not very mentally well chap phone up to have a brief mundane chat and then play Londons Burning on his recorder? A regular feature on his show at the time. Bit of a mock and very un PC which was probably the reason it was a feature that just quietly disappeared.

Was that David The Photographer? At least I think his name was David. But he was definitely a photographer.

Oh, I remember. Sheesh, and theres sound clips of him here. I never thought there would have been a chance of that.

At a work quiz the other night, the 'quizmasters' backing music was the price is right (think that's the theme) - all I think now is 'one word weather, with Nelson Mandela'

Our quiz guy uses it too!

I came in late once and said to him "running late but sounding great" and his reply was "too much Chris Moyles!" :-D

I knew it was something like that. That's cause he did a round call 'price is right' - which we were poor at, so to speak!

Another memorable Moyles moment - Dom's frothy bevvy and brains 'ahem' and beauty
