Dunno if anyone else has heard this but it's been confirmed now.

The success of the recent TV piolt of the radio 4 impressionist show Dead Ringers is now confirmed as getting a television series, possibly by the end of the year. The pilot was went on BBC 1 where as the new series is most likely to be shown on BBC 2.
