My hair isn't that long or that red and I don't wear glasses. There may be other discrepancies as well, but I can't be arsed to find a picture of Chuckie so I can perform a comparison; suffice to say, I don't look like Chuckie.

I thought Chuckie was older and could walk and didn't wear a nappy - it has been a long time since I've seen Rugrats though, so I could easily be wrong.

Nope he's just a little older than the other babies but not as old as Angelica and in some of the episodes he wears a nappy as there is an excellent episode about him being potty trained.
