I agree, nothing outstanding but then again I already assumed they'd just carry on where they left off except with stories which is always nice.

Although with that in mind, I HATE the new jingles. I think they've gone a bit far with the tongue-in-cheek-cheesy jingles thing now. It's just rubbish now.

I've barely seen any rain actually. Big black cloud overhead for most of the day, but it has never really burst.

Running! I wish I was that fit. I can play football, I can play badminton, I can play tennis... admittedly badly all three, but if you send me out just to run I get knackered far too quickly.

Which is sad, because I'd really quite like to say one day that I'd done a marathon. I couldn't even do a 10k!

I was up on time this morning for the first time in 2 weeks. I only got to listen until 8 but it was heaven to have them back and wonderful to have Rachel back too.

A nice way to come back, the material for the podcast is stacking up fast, highlight for me was Dave's own voice fooling him, but you have to wonder if you'd react the same, maybe not.

That video of me on the demolition caught me out for a second, so I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't recognise my own voice over the phone.

Yeah definetly an above average show this morning, or are the withdrawl symptons from the past two weeks taking their toll???
