sorry too say this but since i changed my job in march i have not herd 6.30 am ,,,,does he still play the cheese song and are they new or the good cold ones i knowq ,,,,,, i am missing them

The cheesy song is still there and as good as ever. I don't get up till around 7am but always set the alarm for 6:30am just to hear that! You could always listen again for the start of the show...
