Yeah, that was the punchline to the Telegraph interview as well I think. Quite smart, given some of the accusations he gets.

Actually come on here to post that I'd flicked over to radio 2 just as Moyles was being interviewed, funny its the week that Chris Evans is off.

That really doesn't say enough about Simon Mayo; a smack in the face is infinitely preferable to Mills - Simon Mayo is infinitely preferable to almost any other presenter on the radio at the moment. Much as I like Chris Evans, I hope they get Mayo to do it permanently, as I read somewhere that they might be doing.

Edit: OK, this one at least says he could replace Bruce. I swear I read a Grauniad article saying he was being lined up to replace Evans though.

I think it depends on whether Ken Bruce or Wogan leave first. If Wogan leaves, Chris Evans will probably get breakfast and Simon Mayo gets drivetime.
