I'm new here so - HELLO to everyone!

I'm off to New york with my gf in a couple of weeks, and was thinking of trying to visit the place that Chris and the team went last year. They ate Fried chicken and got sung to by a gospel choir, can anyone remember the name of the place?

I can't imagine why you would want to go somewhere merely because some bloke off the radio went there once - but if fried chicken and gospel choirs are the real lure, you could always go to KFC and then pop into an actual church.....?

That place is in LA dude, when the team were here last they went to Sylvia's Soul Food restaurant up in Harlem they do a have a nice menu its all southern cookin Cajun style.

maybe he/she wanted to go cos they thought it sounded cool and that they would enjoy it? Y'know, like...how a recommendation works? But yeah, it's in LA not NY.

Which is why an alternative suggestion needed making.

I'm not entirely sure about the chicken, but seriously, if you want to hear a spectacular gospel choir I can certainly point you in the right direction for that in Manhattan.
