Radio one is in decline. Viewers a turning away in there droves. Is fresh young talent needed to turn the station around?

I would suggest not.

People need familiar voices, family orientated banter, a man with a nice hair cut. There is only one man who can fulfill this criteria. The man, the myth, the legend...Pattttt Sharpeeee

Currently on the london based heart network, Pat is being suppressed from entertaining the masses around the uk.

You could change this.

By signing petition link wich shall appear in the next few days, you will become part of the move to get pat sharpe into radio 1 and replace the gap toothed gypsy that is dave pearce.

Once we have gained enough signitures, and support from other dj's and radio employees (which i shall email, i encorage you to do the same) our opinions shall be sent to radio 1 controller andy parfitt.

So come on gang, voice your approval of the campaign now and get ready to sign the petition on tuesday.

I once dreamt about being a contestant on Fun House. I'd gone through all the slimy pre-games, and just as I'd been told I was in the final I woke up. :?

Which reminds me of another kids gameshow that used to be on, where the studio was a cross-section of an ordinary house and the kid contestants usually ended up tearing it to shreds to find certain objects for prizes. Anyone else remember that? - jc

They dont make them like they used to.

Funhouse, Finders Keepers*, Double Dare

now the kids are fed crap like 50/50

* as much as Jet from the Gladiators running and looking at her ass, the show declined when she landed. It was much better at the start, they started mucking with the rules at the end.

My dad always had to leave the room when Finders Keepers came on, cause my sister and I would constantly be shouting "In the cupboard! In the cupboard" until they looked in the cupboard and there was nothing there at which point we would shout "under the bed! under the bed!", or words to that effect.

Great fun.

hit the nail on the head there bob. 50/50 is rubbish

i used to hate that program nightmare. it scared me and i thought it was really boring but now i look back on it as a classic.

all they did was say "ok johnny take 3 steps forward to the table, whats on ther"

"a sword"

"ok, pick it up and move to the next room. Whats in the center of it"

"it's another table with a weapon on it and now the floors falling away"

No worries, I was able to use it :) Show is up, a[…]
