Now is it me or dont dogs bark as much nowadays?

I can remember not been able to concentrate on Space Invaders because of the barking dog locked up in the garage across the road, or the barking dog, chasing kids down the street.
But now the dogs just dont seem to bark.
Yes the dog is still locked up in the garage, suprisingly alive aswell but it doesn't bark anymore. And the dog still chases the kids down the street but silently, without even a little bark, just heavy panting.

So why is it dogs dont bark as much as they use to?

its linked to the amount of drugs consumed in society. there is now so much cannabis available that us dogs just spend our time chillin with our bitches....

actually the answer is that i have just been promoted to director of winalot and so i have made it compulsary for each tin to contain 1 bottles worth of condensed night nurse. this acts as a seditive on the dogs preventing them from barking as much.

i also add flourescent dyes to the food now so that people can see the dog crap in the park and not stand on it. or if they do they can be made fun of more easily because its obvious.

Why do you never see white dog poo any more either? There was tons of it around when I was a kid. Well, I say tons, obviously it wasn't tons. That would be gross.
