I'd print the tickets out twice so if a few don't make it then its first come first served at the door.

Silly suggestion but to separate the real fans from someone whose only been listening in the past few months, ask a random question of the history of the show and if they get it right, they can go to the show and if not, tickets are taken from them and given to someone who can answer correctly! Couldn't go even if I wanted to since I'm working plus have no idea about London anyway.
