A good show today and I'd like to request a couple of the segments, Please

First off the first proper link of the show where they are talking to Aled about what he did on his holiday - about when he went to the football etc. Pure Class!

Also the Chris Eubank interview was great - I know there is a lot of that but I'd appreciate it if somebody could put it up.
