This really is a long shot and i've serched the site and can't find it. I'm looking for one of the 1st few times Will was on the show.... I think it was the time he was in Manchester before the TOTP awards. Was really funny... everyone even wanted it on the Sony tape (they should have won!).

in fact... ive just listened again and i don't think it is the clip I want. Its definately a time he was in Manchester (before TOTP awards) and I'm sure he was playing with some kinda kids keyboard type thing. Am I making this up or did it really happen? Help!!!!

No problem - I'm not sure if it's there, but there is plenty of Will Young related sound clips in the Vault.

You probably will not find a copy of what you requested.

Will did a massive Interview with Chris a couple of months ago. There's a lot to listen to there.

I think the only bit of the interview you are refering to which is online is this. I would have thought that A Will Young site might be a better bet.
