Is this possible?

I would like to have the show recorded from a stream through the internet, or radio if I absolutely had to through the line in port, but only from when the show starts to when it ends.

Any ideas of how to do this ?

By the way...

I found quite a good way of recording it.

Use windows Task Scheduler to open RealPlayer at the stream of Radio 1, and then a few seconds later another task to open a program called MP3 Sound Recorder, its great.

MP3 Sound recorder does automatic date naming and scheduled recordings.

If your not streaming then just plug the radio into your mic or line in port and get MP3 Sound Recorder to record from that.

I have it, but i wanna record sound from the line in. cos then the quality is good and no fuzzing happens. I have programs to do this but they are trials. I cant find the option on this program to do this.

I think you can do it if you press "Show mixer" and tick select on Line-In
