Just wanted to say a big thanks again neilt0 for all your work, if it hadn't of been for you I wouldn't have been able to watch any of the shows, let alone all of them in full!

Hopefully, if it ever comes back, next time the BBC will do the clever thing and upload them in full to their own site.

I've d/l a couple of webcast shows but can't seem to work out which media player to play them with. VLC doesn't seem to be working for me !!!

Do i need to do anything with the .flv file once i've d/l it or should it just play ???

Do you have an old version of VLC player? They played fine for me with the newest version.

I use RealPlayer - just make sure you got the latest upgrade and got the relevant codecs.

You can try it.

You may also want to try either SMplayer or Media Player Classic.
