It seems fairly straightforward as I recall. Just go here and download the setup file at the top:
http://www.lopesoft.com/en/fmtools/download.htmlThen run the setup file (untick all the babylon stuff), keep clicking Next, restart computer, and you're done. Then when you right-click on a file you should have a FileMenuTools context window option, which contains various options, like "Copy Name", which is useful for getting a list of filenames into Word or something, and "Advanced Renamer", which is useful for changing the name of lots of files at the same time, which is useful for adding or removing hyphens and stuff.
Of course, our files will probably have different names to each other. All my files which are edited by other people are YYYY-MM-DD format in one folder (I'm going to go through them and remove any news that might be in there), and all my edits are YYYYMMDD format in another folder.
I also use "ViceVersa FREE" for comparing my Moyles edits with my backup Moyles edits on my external HD. It's really useful for telling me which files haven't been backed up yet, so I just copy the new ones across. There are lots of other free programs that do that too though. Like FreeFileSync, which has more options, but isn't as user-friendly.
