I think these were previously only available on usenet. I don't think we shared them on any of the file lockers. Thanks to the generous benefactor who recorded and uploaded them originally.

Now, these are large files, but they are MPEG2 broadcast quality direct rips, so if you want the best quality, you can grab these as-is.
If you want smaller versions (MP4 or H264), Internet Archive automatically recodes everything to those formats with lower bitrates, but it will take a while for that to happen as everything uploaded to IA goes in to a queue, so check the first link in this post in a few days (or longer) to see if the recodes are there.

I will be posting more video shortly after I've caught up with other online thingies. Watch this space (thread).

Cheers,

Neil.

P.S. Ian, the IA FTP was working OK for FTP for the last few days -- I've been uploading video non-stop for over 72 hours!
You can't upload big files with their flash or alternative web interface, only FTP works.

Ok, I recorded this mornings Moyles live, but as is always the way, it dropped out for about 10 minutes while I was out. So I've edited the recording anyway, for listening to on the train with other shows, and I've uploaded it anyway if you want it for now. It may be that there isn't 10 minutes missing. I refreshed the browser window, and for all I know, it may have carried on from where it dropped out (it's during the Alan Carr interview). If anyone can confirm for me that there isn't a bit missing (I left a 3-second gap to mark the spot), then great. If not, then I will download and re-edit the whole show tomorrow or Friday.

Wednesday 12th Sept 2012 - Possibly 10 minutes missing

Cheers!

A Mod really needs to Sticky a thread in General about this. As for the OP, have some patience, please. Those Carlisle videos didn't just "appear" -- that took me a long time to prepare and upload -- it took over 3 days.

I am editing it down now from the Freeview broadcast. I'll see if I can make a low bitrate version and the raw Freeview capture. Probably be another hour and half at the earliest before anything is up, although I will have something up by the end of the night if no-one else has.
