I used to listen to Mark and Lard's afternoon show every day without fail (I still have their very last show on two cassette tapes - I know it's on this forum too). But for some stupid reason I never listened to the Chris Moyles show as well. At least now I can hear some of them back.

Interesting do you have any old Mark & Lard shows at all?

Good luck, it'll be great to have this list up-to-date, we could get to the point where we're only a few hours behind, possibly ;)

I've decided that the small handful of classic shows that I have I will edit myself, that's why I haven't sent any more to yourself or J.E.D. I just fancied editing them myself in the end.

Thank you both for all of your efforts, you certainly both helped me out greatly with my archive (I don't think I would have got past March 2001 even now )

Yep, I (and everyone here), really appreciate your hard work. I've spent many hours pasting them onto my really old mp3 player, and listening to them. Thanks so much!!

I'm determined to edit some more shows next month, so in September, I'll put them into ipdl, and start editing!

Another show ladies & gents:

Tuesday 18th September 2001

A repost of one I edited nearly two years ago & is in the cm.net sound vault, however this one has been better edited plus the annoying "jumping" is missing from this copy thankfully. This was my first show that I ever recorded on to Mini Disc so thankfully no irritating tape changeovers every 20-30 minutes for once :)

This show has Chris having a go at Will for his now infamous letter to Ariel magazine (something which gets an odd mention even today on the Breakfast show) which takes up the majority of this edition. Dominic also reads the news on this one as well, with him guessing the TV theme tune & also asking Mystic Horse a question. Dominic also talks in a * accent as well & there's another new Dave game "Who wants to be a Horse Or Mare?"

More soon.

You're welcome! To be honest I always edit them for myself anyway, so it's just a case of uploading them. But it's great to have such a huge collection of pre-edited shows. I can't wait to listen to the earlier ones, which I never heard originally :D

Here's another one :)

Wednesday 14th February 2001

A sort of Valentine's day special as they do a Valentines Day Special of Who's In The Dog House? also mentions of the upcoming extended Afternoon show from "next week". The team also talk about upcoming film The A Team, yes news about this started as far back as 2001, yet when Dave mentions Duke's Of Hazzard Chris comments that it may happen one day

More Soon :)

29th April, our son arrived just 10 mins after the show finished....... So listening to the 29th of April all I can think of is all through the show, my girlfriend would be having contractions!!!!! Lol im a bit weird like that!!
