Ok, first, why are the wav files? Mp3's are much smaller to upload/download. Second, and no offense intended, but those are clipped worse than well I 'clean' the jingles. What did you clip them with?

When I used to 'clean' then I just used find the cleaninst clip I could and then take the beginning and end from a clean clip (from music4) and paste them onto the clip, but it took ages to line them up right to make them even partially seamless. As it took such a long time I finally decided, after about 15 of them, to stop and just leave the beginning/end as is.

I record from my ntl box straight to mp3 with a script I wrote myself, and then clip them with a few more scripts I wrote.

my clips are recorded on one of them little cards from a digital camera as it goes in my DAB radio.

The scott mills ones are actually quite good... yours tho... need a bit of work...

Try Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer - you can only get it on trial but its good for a beginner's needs

Unless Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer can seamlessly join different audio clips automagically, then I doubt it can help any more than Audacity (which is completely free by the way) can. All he needs to do is take the time to join them properly, it's a patience thing.
