Can i please request the audio of Aled, Rachel, Dom and Carrie preparing and doing their run please on Friday 14th March.
It is from about 2 hours and 6 minutes on listen again.
I found it really funny when they were singing to ducktales while running.

Plus, what was in the podcast was heavily edited.
