The litte soundclip they play which features Ban Ki Moon etc.

Its the sound they play to present Ban Ki Moon at the fictitious world event , or somethign along those line.

Yeah, I heard one of the BBC News readers say the name Ban Ki-Moon this morning, it made me laugh so much!
