80s/90s Theme Tune Bed(?)

On Wednesday 19th November at around 28:50, a theme tune bed was used, and I recognise it from an 80s/90s TV theme, but I can't quite place what it is from.... lots of trumpets, some drums and a load of cymbol crashes at the end....

Any ideas?
