P.S What the hell is a WinRAR zip? Surely its either a zip file or a rar, not both.

I think he zipped it within WinRAR and is saying that the zip file is one which is specific to the program which is wrong but oh well...

It's just that since XP was introduced and integrated standard ZIP compression 9 out of 10 ZIP files can be accessed without the need for additional software such as WinRAR.
