I'm only half Scottish remember (thank god) I thougth the Scots curling team mysteriously became British overnight, after they had won the gold medal, hmmm....Anyway, did anyone see the Olympics opening ceremony? I think they went a bit over the top with it and it went on for a bit. The only event I'll be watching will be the Basketball, I'm supporting the U.S.A, the rest of the events I can't be arsed with. I might watch the 100m finals though.

I watched the USA vs Puerto Rico basketball game and I don't think I've ever seen so much bias towards a team in my life, everyone was against the USA, including the American commentator! Everytime they had the possesion of the ball they got booed, shocking. I just saw a bit of the Equestrianism, possibly the most boring and pointless event ever.
