can't think of any more right now.......
I can kind of understand baby talk when talking to a baby, but when it's written from one adult to another, THAT annoys me, for instance.....
Wuvz ooo , what?!?!?!?! (sent to a mate of mine by text, he dumped her quick!)
or, recently a relation was explaining in an e-mail about how she took her little kids to "see the piggy wiggy's and moo moo's and there was a lickle horsey there too"
Funnily enough, just before my nephew was born I swore to my sister I would never ever talk to him in baby talk but would always talk to him as if he was an adult, on the basis that I think talking in gibberish to babies only delays their learning to talk. He still talks bollocks, but he can use chopsticks at the age of 2 so something's going right. (I have photographic evidence of this if you need it!).
