There was no Bad Wolf, it was just the name of the Company that now/will own/s (damn future tense) satellite 5, which Rose (with her magical TARDIS powers) scattered across time and space as a message to herself, so whe would open up the TARDIS, look at its heart and rescue the Doctor, so she could then scatter the words across time and space as a message... wait, actually that is confusing. I really hate temporal paradox's!

Wrong.

It wasnt just the TV corportation.

It was a trigger, a message that she put across time and space to tell her that there was a way to save the world.
