Traffic light man - the ability to make traffic lights (all traffic lights - even those on the underground) change to red green or amber (although why I'd want amber I don't know) at my command, never have to wait in line at traffic again.

One of the party games I play with friends is what crap super powers would you have, my other half wants to have tissue paper shoot from her hands on command. Never be caught short in the ladies again!
