What a load of bo11ocks that was today!

3) What colour Grapes are used to make White Wine?
A) Any colour

WHAT?! Surely, as Dave said, RED Grapes would be used for RED Wine, and WHITE Grapes would be used for WHITE Wine!

5) Who was the last English Manager to win the Premier League?
A) No English Manager has ever won it

WHAT'S THE POINT IN THIS QUESTION?! Surely it would be "Who was the last BRITISH manager to win the Premier League, seeing as Graeme Souness, who is Scottish, won it with Blackburn about 12 years ago!

2 crap questions, and the others were pi55 easy. Not the best of quizzes, and that's being kind.

The Wine Appreciation Course wrote:Since the juice of almost all grapes is the same pale, almost clear colour, white wines can be made from any colour of grapes. If using black grapes to make a white wine, the winemaker must separate the juice from the skins immediately after pressing and before the fermentation stage so that no colour is picked up from the skins. Some examples of white wine made from black grapes are Champagne, blanc de noirs and white zinfandel. Most whites are actually made from green grapes.

Ok, one: you don't need to use numbers in your swear-words - the board will censor any swear-words for people that have the swear-filter on and will leave them, as is, for those with it off; all you're doing is making everyone see the (poorly obfuscated) words. And, two: what is your complaint here? That two of the the questions were too hard and the rest too easy?

You'd have even got that wrong - it was Dalglish.

Wurzel - this is a phrase I tend to use sparingly because I think it tends to be overused, but in your case here I think it is justified - GET A LIFE!

No, because if he'd wanted that to be the question, that's how he would have worded it and the answer would have been different. Hence, that is a totally different question.

Seconded.

Also (at the risk of sounding REALLY stupid) if were on about the LAST BRITISH manager to win the Premier League, I'm sure Fergie would be in there somewhere. He's got a few trophies to his name hasn't he? Why bother with all that Blackburn stuff 12 years ago?

I'm sure I've missed something vital that would make the above post silly but isn't Fergie one of them Kilt wearing foreigners too?
