That's what Charlalalottie thinks..which lead to a whole religious debate on msn.

Should we have one now? I'll start things off.

Should St. Paddy's Day really be today and is the Pope just talking bullshit? Discuss.

If the Pope said it then I will automatically assume it's wrong. St Patricks Day has always been March 17th.

This made me laugh last night, that after seeing everyone out on St Paddy's Day, I thought i'd suggest to Mrs PJ and our friends that we go to the pub on the 23rd April to have a (fair) few drinks with the idea of St George's Day, and yet they all thought i just picked a random day to go to the pub and not the fact it's St George's Day.

I think it's a huge shame that there appears to be more celebrations for St Paddy's Day than St George's Day! Does anyone else do anything on SGD?

Until recently I didn't know what date St George's Day is on. Then again, I still don't know what date St Patrick's Day is on (the smart arses who point out it's in this thread should note that I won't remember it).

Surely the Pope has some authority over when a Saint's Day is? It being his church n'all? ;)

I would surmise (though I could be wrong) that Yudwuk is Church of England, or some other non-Catholic Christian.

It's not my opinion. And I am non-denominational if that is any help.
