I must say that all the birds in London appear to be doing well. I've seen a lot more tits than I usually do and I swear they seem bigger this year.

Its funny, i've always found tits to be more alert in the cold weather...

True but they're not as easily seen. In summer you can't move for tits. They just seem to be there in your face all the time.

Speaking of the BBC, does anyone else think they've gone a bit OTT on the whole iPlayer thing? Programmes on demand is great, but clicking on a news report detailing a gas explosion in London, which has a video available showing... a copper standing outside the house is a bit "we're doing this because we can."
