Terry Pratchett; Living With Alzheimers, last night on BBC2?
I found it heartbreaking. He described it as 'my mind being stripped away very slowly, piece by piece'. He's still in the early stages, but at one point it showed him trying to tie a tie and failing, and another he was trying to read an extract of his new book out to a group of fans. As a fan It was horrible to watch.

I might watch this later, it sounds very interesting.
Never really been into Pratchett's writing but that is beside the point.
