And what fees? I thought Scottish universities didn't charge tuition fees? Or has that changed?

Not top-up fees no, but the standard fees. Granted it's not quite as bad as Engerland, but I'll still have to pay back the fees after. It may not seem like a real thing to moan about but seeing as I've been forced to rely on this grant after having spent all my savings living in that Caribbean shithole.

Yuds and Bob, I see your point - but no matter the wider context, not having enough money to pay rent is always shite.
